Rooibos & Honeybush combine well for more goodness in a cup of tea.  Its sweet taste (honeybush) blends well with the Rooibos and it makes one of the most delicious blends to enjoy at any time.  Hot or cold, it is always a good time to quench your thirst or warm up with a cup or glass of tea.

  Honeybush is just as Rooibos (Aspalathus Linearis) indigenous to South Africa.  Both are known antioxidants and therefore help to keep the free radicals away when you drink your 6 cups of tea per day.  Honeybush, as a traditional herb in South Africa, is used by some people to give temporary relief from PMS and Menopausal symptoms when taken on a regular basis.
